This year’s Manley Scholarship Recipients: Determined to THRIVE!

Each year we tell you about the Manley Scholarship-assistance for women who want to further their education, but don’t have the financial wherewithal to do it. The help is geared toward women who are part of what we call the “ALICE” population, Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed”. They are also called our friends and neighbors who are working hard to make ends meet.

This year’s winners are shining examples of young women in our community who are not afraid to work hard and sacrifice, for themselves and their families, to improve their lives.
